WorldMed Features
- Inbound Coverage—for people traveling to the U.S.
- Outbound Coverage—for people traveling outside the U.S.
- Affordable, daily rates
- Choose from up to 8 deductibles, from zero to $5,000
- Three plans to choose from (Plan A, Plan B, Lite), featuring various limits and benefits
- Live Travel—Can assist in re-booking flights and hotel reservations in the event of flight cancellations, delays or schedule changes.
- Home Country Coverage—Covers you in your home country for incidental visits
- Can be purchased up to four years (maximum one year per enrollment)
Valuable, New Benefits
- Felonious Assault Coverage—$15,000 limit
- Stolen Passport/Visas—Up to $500 (cost of obtaining replacement passports, travel tickets and other relevant travel documents lost as well as additional travel expenses and hotel accommodations incurred to replace lost travel documents for losses arising out of robbery, burglary, theft or natural disasters such as typhoons and earthquakes.)
- Emergency Dental for Relief of Pain—$100
Optional Buy-Ups Can Be Added
- Buy-Up Package–Adds the following:
- Hazardous Activities coverage
- Personal Security Services–Company will coordinate a transportation should you need a security evacuation to the nearest place of safety
- Concierge Services–can make dining reservations on behalf of the customer, assist with scheduling golf tee times and making course recommendations; 24/7 updates on sports scores, assist with obtaining theater tickets
- Accidental Death & Dismemberment Buy-Up–can purchase an additional $500,000 or $1,000 000 of AD&D coverage
- Accident/Sickness Buy-Up–If you are 70+ you can obtain higher limits of accident/sickness medical
- For ages 70-79, the Buy-Up is $100,000
- For age 80+, the Buy-Up is $50,000
