Thank you for your interest in broadening your product line by selling our High Limit Accident Insurance. If you are a life/health insurance broker and currently licensed in your state, please follow the instructions below to sign up as our producer:
- Download Producer Agreement and FAX
- Download Producer Agreement (pdf, 146 kb)
- FAX completed agreement and a copy of your current insurance license to (661) 254-0604
- Submit application online
- You will receive a producer link coded for you within 1-2 business days.
- Use the link to submit the application for High Limit Accident Coverage.
(P.S. You can use the link to submit all future applications.)
- Receive application confirmation and offer
- Underwriters will review your client’s application and send you an email from applications@highlimitaccident.com within 1-2 business days
- You should receive the offer within 1-2 business days
- Submit completed offer and payment to bind coverage
