Before seeking medical treatment in the U.S. in non-emergency situations, contact either the Beech Street Network or National Preferred Provider Network for a list of participating doctors and hospitals.

Finding a doctor or hospital in the network may decrease your out-of-pocket costs. If there are no Preferred Providers in your area, there is no penalty for using another physician, however, they cannot guarantee that costs will not exceed Reasonable and Customary which is the Insured's responsibility.
