1. What if I’m afraid to travel because of Swine Flu? Answer
Under most travel insurance plans, there would be no coverage for fear of traveling to a specific region, but with Travel Insurance Select’s “Cancel for Any Reason" benefit, you can cancel up to 2 days prior to departure for any reason and receive a 75% reimbursement. 2. What if I become ill with Swine Flu (or another illness) and have to cancel my trip? Answer
As long as the insurance was purchased before you contracted the disease, you would normally be covered for cancellation under our travel insurance plans. Read more about Travel Insurance Select.
3. What if I become ill with Swine Flu (or another illness) during my trip? Answer
If you become ill during your trip, you would normally be covered for medical expenses and Trip Interruption under Travel Insurance Select. Medical expenses are also covered under the following insurance plans: Voyager Annual Insurance, WorldMed Insurance, InterMedical Insurance, and Visit USA HealthCare.
4. What if my flight, cruise, or tour gets cancelled? Answer
